[2.840] VPN tunnels showing as down or error

Hello,

from 22 Tunnels only 5 showing the correct state.
All others are on deploy error or/and showing as down, but all tunnels working fine.

Whats wrong?

    Hi Chris,

    this problem is caused by ASGs which sometimes do not send their ip addresses correctly to the ACC. This mostly happens when the ppp interface gets a new ip address from the provider.

    The bug will be fixed with the upcoming ASG release V8.202.

    As a workaround you could deactivate and activate again central management on the ASGs. Then it should work correctly.
