[2.830] Notification of IPSec Tunnel down and up seems to not working

Hi,

If I manually disconnect an IPsec Tunnel to our ASG, which is managed by ACC, from the remote Site at the remote Gateway, I got no notification that the Tunnel went down nor that the tunnel went up. E-Mail Adress is set and the tick is clicked [;)] for IPsec Tunneling Notifications.

Hi,

could you please describe, where you configured the IPsec Tunnel, whether you used the Gateway Manager on the ACC or you used the Webadmin from the ASG ? Because the notifications, where only intended to cover the Tunnels, configured by the ACC.

Ah ok then thats the problem. So one must configure every IPSec Tunnel from scratch? Is there a reason for this behaviour? Reconfiguring every Tunnel for every ASG we manage in our ACC is horribly time consuming [:(]
