[2.060][INVESTIGATING] Missing Network Usage iface into Acc GM Dashboard

Seems there are problems showing the 2nd interface into ACC Gateway Manager Dashboard details for a given device when state for that interface in asg is down...

see attached screenshots... there is missing eth1 in the ACC dashboard details for my asg device (first screenshot), whereas there are eth1 with state down on my asg dashboard (second sreenshot)

on my asg eth1 is configured as dhcp/cable... this is a fresh acc 0.260 install, and initially I saw eth1, but both state and link was marked as up [:)], whereas on asg that was like in the second screenshot,... but now I'm no more able to see eth1 ! [:(]

    Hi BuBU,

    could you please execute the following command on the AxG:

    /var/mdw/scripts/nextgen-agent dump


    Afterwards, please send us (acc-support@astaro.com) the following files from the AxG in question:

    /etc/agent/cache.dump
    /etc/active_interfaces
    /etc/sysmond.ph

    Sorry for letting this one drift ...

    We can only see "active interfaces" within ACC - the agent does not transmit state for interfaces which are administratively down. Those do not show up within the /etc/sysmond.ph file.

    I do understand this is a consistency issue though between the local WebAdmin and remote Gateway Manager.

    We need to reproduce this in QA, maybe next week - quasar reported a related issue to dynamic interfaces.

    Please kick us if we don't come back with new info next week.
