[2.050][SCHEDULED] Ulogd crashed twice within 1 hour

Hi

I've just restarted my acc test VM... (was down since 3 or 4 days as I moved to another place)...

and I got 2 mails about "Ulogd not running" in about 1 hour...

in self monitoring log I have:

I generally deflect all mails coming from France so good luck with that one [:D]

Just kidding - basically we're onto it but I haven't heard the latest developments. I will re-check if we have discovered anything tomorrow.

ok good,

but not sure if this is a related problem or a new bug, but I've no more logs for selfmonitoring (I mean when in webadmin / View Logs / Today's Log File, the whole selfmonitoring line is empty and when I click on the button to view things I don't see anything in the log window ! [:(]

maybe u forgot to restart selfmonitoring daemons ?

No more logs from selfmonitoring is a good sign it means that all services and daemons are running fine. So no reason to worry. For me the line only shows the Live Log button. View and Clear are not there as the file itself is empty.

Seems your new ulogd package is working...

I no longer receive any new "ulogd restart" notifications which is great because I was receiving about 20 or 30 mails notification per day... [:(]

so hope that fix will be in final version for acc 2.100 [:)]
