Okay, I've found the reason in some well-hidden area of our code:

if ( tester_from == "Western Australia" ) {
  bugs_to_find = 0;
}
else {
  bugs_to_find = UINT_MAX;
}

No worries, the BETA phase will continue some more time and we will release one or two more ISOs before going RC and GA.

Actually I just borrowed the term - it is very British (or Hungarian) and you can find this gem from Monty Python by looking up the Dirty Hungarian Phrasebook on Google ...
