[2.050][SCHEDULED] License usage graph shows more than 100%

Hi,

the licence usage graph shows more than 100%. There should be a small check if it exceeds 100% and than only draw 100% and not more.

okay ... true, this is a cosmetic bug - but you've committed a heinous license usage violation for which we need to substract some of your already earned award points ... just kidding [:D]
