[2.050][INVESTIGATING] accd.log Hardware Reporting Errors

Hi,

in the accd.log i get many of the following errors: 

2009:10:21-10:25:34 acc accd: 60407728 [0xa3ef6ba0] ERROR server.device.ReportingItem null - Update failed: {"id":10410,"what":"connection lost"} [22E139E2-A140-11DE-93F6-CF7E3F2EA3F7;reporting.hardware]


Under Reporting Hardware i have only two devices showing the graphs. One is 7.501 and the other ist 7.500 so i think it's not a problem with the acc-agent on the devices.

    Hi,

    could you please answer the following questions:


    • does the error occur on the 7.500 device only?
    • or on the 7.501 device only?
    • or on both device versions?

    It seems that the agent is dying when trying to deliver the reporting graphs to the ACC. If you can pinpoint the correct device, could you please post a snippet of the /var/log/device-agent.log logfile?

    I've only one device with 7.501, there everything works. so it seems only to be devices with 7.500!

    On one device with 7.500 reporting->network is working, but not the other parts.
