[2.050][SCHEDULED] Reporting->Aggregated->Accounting SQL Error

Hi,

can you please post the error message you get in /var/log/accd.log when you generate the report. The problem might be related to the 
"SQL Errors in fallback.log" you reported.

seems like the field ipaddr.name doesn't exist. Maybe just a typo in the query...

thanks for the details. Okay, the query is correct, but the database upgrade which takes place during backup restore creates the lookup tables with another field name. So, this only happens after installing a backup from a previous version of ACC and then using aggregated reporting.

Two points for you. 

We will supply a fix for everyone who already restored a backup from ACC V2/V1.9.

in order to fix the issue you reported, please proceed as follows:

First, stop the ACC core daemon (shell):

/var/mdw/scripts/accd stop

Then install the following two packages on your ACC:

ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ACC/v2.1/beta/fixes/cm-chroot-accd-backup-2.0-57.i686.rpm
ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ACC/v2.1/beta/fixes/cm-chroot-accd-backup-data-2.0-57.i686.rpm

rpm -Uhv --force cm-chroot-accd-backup-*.rpm

Restart the core daemon:

/var/mdw/scripts/accd start

Re-apply your ACC V2/V1.9 backup in order to correct all tables and stored procedures within the ACC database.

That should do the trick.

Of course we will integrate those fixes in the next Beta version, probably 2.060.
