[2.050][SCHEDULED] SQL Errors in fallback.log

I get many of the following errors in the fallback.log:


2009:10:20-18:12:22 acc [user:notice] LINE 1: ...T id FROM aggregated_lookup_email_addresses WHERE name = $1...

2009:10:20-18:12:22 acc [user:notice] ^ QUERY: SELECT id FROM aggregated_lookup_email_addresses WHERE name = $1 CONTEXT: PL/pgSQL function "acc_get_email_id" line 4 at SQL statement 

failed: ERROR: column "name" does not exist LINE 1: ...T id FROM aggregated_lookup_email_addresses WHERE name = $1...

Hi,

basically the fix for this race-condition in stored procedures is also if you apply the workaround covered here:

[2.050][CONFIRMED] Reporting->Aggregated->Accounting SQL Error

This requires to restore a backup of a previous version though.

To fix the issue for a freshly installed ISO, you will need to apply a different fix. For this purpose, please download and install the following package:

ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ACC/v2.1/beta/fixes/ep-chroot-accd-2.0-75.i686.rpm

You will then need to stop the ACC core daemon again, drop the ACC database, reinit the database and then restart the ACC core daemon. You can do this by using the following script:

ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ACC/v2.1/beta/fixes/fix_acc_db.sh

As before, this fix will be included in the next 2.060 ISO of ACC, hence a fresh ISO install will then already be correct so you needn't do this in the future.
