[1.800] Cosmetic -> Scheduled Operations [COSMETIC]

Hi,

if there are no actions defined there is the message:
"In the moment, there are no actions defined."

I think it has to be called "At the moment, ...".

This really only a very small cosmetic issue, but every point counts! [;)]
