[1.800] Cosmetic - Monitoring - Availability [COSMETIC]

Hi,

on the Availability Details page for an ASG HA Cluster there is information
about the cluster type and IP. I would say Subnet or similar because 198.19.250.0
is not an IP.

BTW why are public IP's used for the cluster communication?
