Did you properly configured at least one ASG to connect to ACC?
If yes do you see any devices on other pages e.g. Monitoring -> Dashboard?
- if yes, in the "Devices" window, did you clicked yellow folder icon? It will bring list of allowed devices where you can drag&drop them to the "Devices" box.
- if not, then seems like your user is missing rights to device(s) (see ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ACC/v1.9/beta/ACC-V1.9-QuickStart-EN.pdf chapter "Access Control" how to grant rights).
I have 1 ASG. I see the ASG in all other pages. I also see the ASG in Maintenance/Inventory but not in Scheduled Operations.
The rights for access are ok!
Okay, I need some more details:
- do you have Maintanance rights for the device OR are you logged as admin?
- when you press CTRL+m the list of devices should appear on the left hand side of the screen. Is your device available there?
Then do the following (on Maintanance->Scheduled Operations):
1) click "Add a new action" button (if not already)
2) set "Schedule operation", "Date" & "Time"
3) press CTRL+m (OR yellow folder icon) - a list of devices should appear (if not already)
4) drag&drop device(s) from the list to the box "Devices"
5) click "Save"
Then do the following (on Maintanance->Scheduled Operations):
1) click "Add a new action" button (if not already)

3) press CTRL+m (OR yellow folder icon) - a list of devices should appear (if not already)
4) drag&drop device(s) from the list to the box "Devices"
