since the ASG version 7.506 the webadmin SSO is not working properly.
Sometimes I get only a gray screen (see sreenshot) and I have to try
again to log in.
Clearing the browsercache and cookies did not help.
We where not able to reproduce the problem. However the gray screen can be seen e.g. if you reload the page. This is due to the sso credentials are no longer valid.
I have test this again from different pcs at my company and also from home. Always the same. The first sso ends in a gray screen. Can you test this from our acc. You can get the login from Henning.
we tried reproducing the reported issue with the provided infrastructure.
WebAdmin SSO worked as designed, we were able to directly login to three different devices during our tests.
It is also possible to perform SSO requests from two different Gateway Manager sessions (on two different machines) to the same devices.
We only encountered the "gray screen" when deliberately trying to open WebAdmin SSO sessions to the same device from the same ACC session in rapid fashion and with unclosed previous WebAdmin sessions to the same device.
To be clear: The WebAdmin SSO mechanism might have restrictions on the maximum number of sessions which can be initiated from the same ACC session to the same device.

It's not a huge deal right now, it's kind of random... normally waiting a few seconds and attempting a relaunch works. THere have been a few times when I've had to manually login to a remote astaro using a support account we put on there.
