[2.150][FIXED] Backup import of ACC 2.1x not possible

Hardware : ESXi VM, Pentium D 3 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 30 GB HDD
Devices : 9 devices, 10 Mbit / 1 MBit
Users : 3 users, 10 Mbit / 1 MBit
Import of ACC2.1 Backup seems not to work ? Can import Backupfile, but restoring does not restore the settings.
