New Astaro Look

Ah, this new theme is really bad: [:(]

- Lots of overhead
- Thread lists not rendered correctly (Opera, IE8)
- Font's readability significantly worse than before
- No chance to change to the old theme for registered users (this was possible before, see https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/73/t/63809)
- Threads are bad to read since user names are no longer on the left

    I like the changes in general, but I agree with Barry that screen width should scale.  If putting all the new Astaro branding up there causes the size to be locked, then get rid of the frou-frou and let the functionality be the best it can be.

    For text, the font should be a serif font.  Titles, Signature and everything else should be in a san-serif font.

    The formatting of lists and indents has changed.  Please correct this back to the original behavior.  Not italicised.  No change in font color.  CRLF before.
