Yes, I'm saving my pennies for a Wifi 6e AP.

afaik this is the last official statement from Sophos about WiFi6. No timeline, no facts until now.

 AP Series EOL Planning and Wi-Fi 6 / Wi-Fi 6E 

Would also like to know. Should we look at another manufacturer when starting to plan new locations in upcoming months.

"Based on the current schedule, we expect the early access program to begin in the latter part of 2022 to start shipping the first models by early next year" we are soon on Q2 and still no information... I take this that it is better to switch to another manufacturer and not to wait for Sophos to get their game together.

Thank you for reaching out to the community, update: tentatively, WiFi 6 access can be expected by Q2 CY23.

There is something to come finally! Sophos has made it to WiFi6 - good news.

What will the prices be like? The current gen APs are still selling for $500 or more which is crazy expensive for home use.

There's even an APX 120 selling for almost $9,000 on eBay. 

May have to consider an Ubiquity access point or similar if the prices are this high.
