802.1x authentication and user records

Hi,

We recently moved our Wi-Fi management to Sophos Central and configured WPA2 Enterprise authentication too. Everything seems to work well, except that we are unable to see user records under "Live Users" on the Sophos Firewall. Is this by design or am I missing something?

    Thank you for your query, what is the authentication method are you using for the WiFi Clients ?
    Earlier via which client type they were showing live under the live user list of the Sophos Firewall ?

    You need Radius Accounting. This is a separate Feature and needs to have Radius Account to work. The AP needs to support this feature (APX does). And then the Radius Server will send a Accounting packet to the firewall.
