AP100 and APX530 powered through a PoE switch can't work!

We are connecting 3 AP100 and 1 APX530 to a PoE switch

But the switch shows them as the invalid PD. All of the ports with the AP connected have been with the max power 30W, can I know the possible root cause?

Hi, from the tech specs it should work. Did you test plugging the AP directly with a short, new shielded cable to the switch port without the building wiring?

Invalid PD would indicate some issue with the power consumption. Maybe configuration issue on the switch, maybe something caused by faulty wiring to the AP. Hard to say from here.

Are other APs OK on that switch? How about other PoE devices with PoE+ 802.3at? Do they work?
