AP55C randomly dropping connectioons and connection not switching from one to another AP

Hey, Can you confirm what configurations have you done? Are these APs connecting to Sophos Central or Sophos XG or UTM?

Is this disconnection occurring when the user goes from the range of one AP to the range of other AP while being on the same access ID?

Hi we did auto configuration, nothing much more than it.

We are using Sophos XG .

These SSIDs are in separate zone or bridged to LAN/VLAN? Did auto-configuration resolve it?

No its not resolving with autp configuration, SSIDs insame zone under same office

SSIDs are bridged to LAN

Recently we have seen that when we are moving from one AP to another its get disconnected and after 15-20mins its auto reconnects.

And one thing more when we checked on firewall then it shows that the client machine connected but in actuall manner its not connected to internet......

Its really frustrating for us..

if anyone from sophos can connects with me through call then will discuss al things properly.
