Do I really have 11 Admin accounts and are they really unprotected by MFA?

I am now getting:

Which seems to scream that I have 11 Administrator accounts. Except you can see that I only have 2 users (one VPN, one override). The default Admin account has MFA -- I used it to login to take this screenshot, so I'm sure. What other accounts might be being counted?

I do have 11 clienteless users that I set up mainly to track some devices. Are they somehow considered Administrator accounts? I can't see any indication that they are administrators.

    Hi Wayne Folta: Currently with V18.5 MR-2 with recent improvements in MFA, the banner is adding all administrators plus all clientless users. Due to that, the number is not giving the correct information. This issue is known to the Sophos Dev team and a fix has been targeted in V18.5 MR-4, V19 GA with reference ID NC-83662
