Unable to authenticate to any facilities using ad user login credentials

PM me for access server log output. System seems to hang at authentication attempt to WebAdmin and/or UserPortal. Confirmed via. server test connection using my credentials "Device - AD server connectivity test successful".
Have removed / re-added the server and have tried adjusting the priority under Authentication / Services.
