Be aware: V18.5 MR2 is not supported to migrate. If you want to upgrade from MR2, do a downgrade to V18.5 MR1. You will loose all configuration changes done in MR2. 

If you occur an potential Bug: Please raise a ticket with the "Feedback" Option in the V19.0 Webadmin!

  • I removed an XG210 19.0 EAP1 from our main Sophos Central account (which was working flawlessly) and tried to connect the XG to my private Sophos Central account. Every time I try this, I get an error "Temporary error while accessing Sophos Central, please try again". An reintegration to the main Sophos Central account isn't possible anymore also (same error message)

    I get this error/issue constantly for the last 2-3 hours, reintegration into an Sophos Central account (new or old) isn't possible anymore

    Does someone of you face the same issue with 19.0 EAP1 and Sophos Central integration ?

  • There is currently a Bug, affecting some appliances in the integration with Central. The cerfificate is not trusted (AWS) and the appliance denies the connection. Will be fixed next week via hotfix, as far as i know.

  • Thanks for this information. In the meantime I opened an Support ticket with Partner Support "04769696 / Multiple Sophos Central Accounts are unusable suddenly ! / ref:_00D301GN6a._5003Z1LFxIF:ref" but Joey from Partner support didn't know of this bug.

    I will try to connect my Sophos XG to my Sophos tenant again after the rollout of this fix.

    I wish you a happy new year and good start into 2022...
