You are not Sophos Staff.

I've lost Sophos Central management of the XG230 firewall after upgrading.

As stated, I've lost Sophos Central management of the firewall after upgrading to v18.

All I obtain now is a white webpage when I try to connect to the Firewall from Sophos central.

I'm thinking of unlink it and link it again should do the trick. 

¿any thoughts?

 

P.S. [OFFTOPIC] I've tried but it seems impossible to upgrade a Virtual XG HOME to v18.
