Feature Request: SNMPv3 enable SHA1 for authenticaton

Hi,

please enable sha1 for snmpv3 authentication. Not every support until now sha256 and net-snmp >= 5.8 is not available on every distribution.

And SHA1 is even better than MD5, which is selectable too ;-)
