Firstly i want to thank you for your support which helps me to understand the problems.
i have some questions about XGS2100 (SFOS 19.0.1 MR-1-Build365).
some users was using the outlook for our exchange and email and it still working without any problem.
some users using the Outlook beside our email with other domains for example GMX or T-Online.de etc..
According to them claims since we use Sophos firewall, they cannot send or receive emails using outlook for some domains as i mentioned before.
I think that some port are blocked SMTP POP3 and IMAP, is there any option to test them inside my firewall ?
how can i unblock them.
