Packet 8 VOIP QoS/ACL Settings- Help Needed

Packet  8 just sent me the following email.  As a new user, can anyone provide me some direction in enabling these particular settings in my XG125 Sophos Firewall?  Thank you in advance.

Dear 8x8 System Administrator,

In an effort to continue to provide world class service quality, availability, and security, 8x8 is enabling the following improvements. Please follow the two recommendations below to ensure the best experience for yourself and your customers.

New Global Media Locations

8x8 is expanding capabilities by enabling automated geo-routing for our new data centers in Canada, Brazil, Singapore, India, and Amsterdam. To take advantage of these new media PoPs and avoid any connectivity issues, please add the below subnets to your QoS/ACL configuration by February 4, 2018.

8x8 Enablement Date

Canada

67.225.14.144/28

Feb 5-6, 2018

If you have specific ACLs on your firewall regarding 8x8 subnets, please ensure that all of the above are added to avoid any potential disruption of service due to inadvertent blocking of 8x8 traffic from the new data centers. At this time, these apply specifically to Virtual Office media, but may expand later to include other services. So we recommend all 8x8 customers add these now.

8x8 suggests adding all of our subnets to QoS settings to prevent quality issues. For the full list of 8x8 subnets, please click here and review the Traffic Shaping and Specific Subnet/Port Configuration section (login required).

Strengthened Browser Requirements

To ensure the utmost security as you use your 8x8 services, beginning February 1, 2018, access to browser-based 8x8 portals such as Account Manager, Configuration Manager, and the 8x8 Application Panel at https://login.8x8.com will require an up-to-date web browser compliant with TLS 1.2. To maintain uninterrupted access for yourself and your users, please update your web browsers to the latest available versions as soon as possible. Click here to test your current browser (see the top section, Protocol Support).

We look forward to these improvements helping us continue to provide you with superior service quality. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
8x8 Support
