Skype does not connect anymore from this morning

Hi all,

from this morning Skype does not connect anymore (off-line). I did not change anything. I have tried disabling dos protection: nothing; application filter from allow all to none: nothing; Ips switched to none: nothing.web filter to none: nothing; https from enabled to disabled: nothing.

Only by creating a FW policy from LAN to WAN without any filter, skype works.

Nothing useful in the log.

Anyone else?

    I am really tired that Sype is not working behind XG. No one from Sophos here that can help. I am using decrypt and scan, Skype is allowed inside Application filter but I am not able to perform calls. An help is required.

    Skype for Business is still working for me behind XG for calls and video.  I think you guys may be using normal skype though, which I can't speak to.

     

    Here's my web exceptions for Skype for business(HTTPS Decryption,Malware and Content Scanning,Sandstorm,Policy Checks):

    Thank you! That worked. Setting the firewall rule using FQDN Hosts per the Sophos KB article did not.
