i have been trying to replace ADSL2+ modem with XG105 but dont know how? is there anyone knows.

Hi,
The XG series does not have an inbuilt modem, you will need to put your ADSL modem in bridge mode.
What features did you purchase with your XG105? Is this a home use or business use?
I assume at this stage you can access the XG, so you have configured a firewall rule? You might need to set the WAN interface to PPPoE mode, though not all ISPs require PPPoE some do provide a DHCP function.
