How to add IP host with multiple IPs (IP list) to IP Host Group?

Topic says it all.
I have a IP Host filled ~10 IP adresses. How can I add this to a host group?
Add New Item is grayed out.

Running SG135 (SFOS 17.0.3 MR-3)
