Disable second try to send email to A record of domain

If XG in MTA Mode sends an EMail and will receive 451 try again later, it looks on the A record of the domain to find something on port 25. If there is an email server and this will send an 530 the mail will be rejected with the last errornumber.

 

How could i stop these behavior. i don't wan't that the mta uses the a record.

    Hi Ulrich,

    i have a support case opened for the same issue, it is a known bug, at the moment there's no way to fix it.

    As a workaround i suggest you to set a smarthost on XG and use it to forward outgoing emails until it gets fixed in future releases. Be sure to adjust SPF records accordingly.
