AD users automatically removed from Group

Hello All,

Hope you are doing well.

We are using Sophos 16.5 firmware running on Cyberoam 100iNG. We were integrate AD server with our firewall. All users reflecting in firewall as well. We created group on firewall, and add some users in that group. But some users are automatically remove.

Please Suggest ASAP.
