How to configure IPSec VPN Remote Access

Are there any configuration guides for setting up remote access using IPSec VPN. There are lots of site to site guides but absolutely zero on remote access setup and the admin guide is completely useless.

No users have ever setup an IPSec remote access for clients side by side with SSL-VPN? We want to try IPSec in China as SSL-VPN doesn't work at a location we use to use IPSec connections.
