We have an XG210 firewall we just finished configuring. It is in HA mode with a passive device. Connected to it directly via the LAN port, I can access the User Portal and the Admin login just fine. We have a VPN configured back to our main location (which uses an XG310), and while we can access the User portal from our HQ the admin page times out. Does someone know why this is, or some things to check for? Thank you.
