New RED 15 was working when first setup, shipped to branch office when it was plugged in it now does not boot correctly.
As soon as it is power up the following lights come on there is no waiting and nothing is plugged in to any port other than power:
Power - Green
System - Off
Router - Green
Internet - Green
Tunnel - Green
LAN1 - Green
LAN2 - Green
LAN3 - Green
LAN4 - Green
WAN - Off
When the WAN is connected nothing changes, when it is powered off then back on same lights come on.
