Good afternoon guys, I am facing a problem that I am not able to find solution, I own the Sophos XG135, the equipment is in the version SFOS 16.05.8 MR-8. The problem that occurs is with some users of my network at random, I during some parts of the day these users have no access to the internet for about 40 seconds to 2 minutes. I checked the DHCP logs (I have DHCP service on the device) and found several ip delivery entries during the day as below applog.log: Jan 04 00:14:14 l2dhcp_commit: 10.2.3.178, 74: e6: e2: d4: ce: 34,0, Port1 applog.log: Jan 04 08:30:26 l2dhcp_commit: 10.2.3.178, 74: e6: e2: d4: ce: 34,0, Port1 applog.log: Jan 04 10:02:30 l2dhcp_commit: 10.2.3.178, 74: e6: e2: d4: ce: 34,0, Port1 but the last time DHCP reports the ip delivery is 10:02 am, and this workstation stopped accessing the internet for about 40 seconds at 04:30 pm, but found nothing in the logs, no information to help. Has anyone ever had this problem? because I suspect it is DHCP because two workstations that occurred the problem I made the ip reservation the problem apparently ceased. on the workstation that I'm analyzing, I'm trying to verify that it could not be IPS as these connection losses have a lot of similarity to IPS locks. Can someone help me ?
