Upgrade Cyberoam 5ooiNG - 300 iNG to Sophos

Hello Guys
One of my customers has Cyberoam 500iNG - 300iNG boxes and running 10.6.5 Nr1 firmware --

which Sophos firmware is suitable to upgrade to ?

    We have successfully upgraded many Cyberoams to Sophos Firmware. It will be the latest package that it recommends upon pressing the 'upgrade to SFOS'

    I will warn you that it can create a lot of extraneous rules, many of which can be deleted. 

     

    On one or two occasions we have lost remote access, so always have a backup plan!

    v17.0.3 is the most likely firmware to be offered. Only thing to watch out for is that the IPSEC system has been overhauled and you may need to tweak your policies!
