Hello Guys,
I have an Problem with my Sophos XG Pattern Updates.
If I try to Update the Patterns I get the Status Failed at the Avira AV & Sophos AV Update.
My Current Pattern Version of these two is:
Avira AV -- 1.0.21679
Sophos AV -- 1.0.11980
The Last Successful update was at the 28 Dec. 2017.
I saw in the up2date_av.log that there is an Error:
2018-01-03 02:57:36 PM:Avira:Trying to get update lock,savi is updating
2018-01-03 02:58:36 PM:Avira:Trying to get update lock,savi is updating
2018-01-03 02:59:36 PM:Avira:Trying to get update lock,savi is updating
2018-01-03 03:00:36 PM:Avira:Trying to get update lock,savi is updating
2018-01-03 03:01:36 PM:Avira updating failed because sophos locked update lock
2018-01-03 03:03:23 PM: savi:Trying to get update lock,avira is updating
2018-01-03 03:04:23 PM: savi:Trying to get update lock,avira is updating
2018-01-03 03:05:23 PM: savi:Trying to get update lock,avira is updating
2018-01-03 03:06:23 PM: savi:Trying to get update lock,avira is updating
2018-01-03 03:07:23 PM: Sophos updating failed because avira locked update lock
2018-01-03 03:28:07 PM: AVD not runnning, New savi full update Failed
But for now I have no idea why this happens.
Now I need your help!
