MTA mode in v17 now has this feature available. This KB article will show you where to find the configuration settings.

I'm sure, you guys will bring user-specific and White-/Blacklists which can be maintained by the users themself in one of your upcoming releases. [Y]

Make sure to upvote that feature request if you haven't already to raises its visibility so that we can see it implemented in the near future.
