yes. when i clicked on the link the first time i got the 404 error. same issue when i logged into id.sophos.com and tried to download it there too.

The link I get is way different to yours, you appear to be missing the sub-directories.

Start all over again and create a fresh licence which should get you the correct link.

Hi guys,

I tried with the link you provided and get the same 404 which is a bit strange. That was using my current id. You will have to wait until tomorrow and hope one of the mods is reading the site. You don't have access to an older version you can use and then have the upgrade install later?

Funny part is I now a new licence, which I was after anyway.

i have 16.05.

issue also happens with UTM9.

if 16.05 is installed you should be able get it downloaded onto your XG, unless you specifically want a new build today.
