So I am seeing some strange issues with my just over 1 year old XG 310. It all started Friday afternoon when our Sophos WiFi dropped and all the AP's just rebooted and never came back up. During the same time it seemed DHCP was down as any new device plugged into ethernet failed. But our VoIP and other hardwired computers seemed to continue to work. I power cycled the XG as I could not get the Web UI to come up. All came back to normal a few minutes after reboot. When I logged back in to the firewall I noticed MR3 update and decided that I would upgrade it after business hours. Needless to say hours later and while at home, SSL VPN does not work anymore and I get the following error on the XG now when I try and visit the Web UI via the external address:
HTTP ERROR 404

I saw some articles here about possible memory or hard drive issues, so I drove in today and could not even login to the console with the password, almost as if the auth service was down. I power cycled it again and booted into the tools ran hard drive, no issues. Ran memory test for 45 minutes and no failures or passes reported, maybe I need to run it longer but in my experience with PCs Memtestx86 usually fails pretty fast. All seemed well when it rebooted I applied MR3 and left. Tonight I see the same error page again and no SSL VPN.
Strange thing is the firewall is working and routing traffic as I can access hosted servers. Any suggestions before I call support, I know with the holidays it I might not be able to get support until next week.
