You need to define a Service for the port and add it to your fw rule afterwards.
AFAIK this port will not be included in the transparent http/s web proxy scanning (but by IPS and ATP if you add them to the FW rule).
To achieve this you'll need to add it to the explicit web proxy and configure your client to use the web proxy instead (this is done by configuring the web browser on all of your clients).
