I am attempting XG firewall installation on Dell Optiplex Quad Core Q9500 series processor, 4GB RAM, 320GB hard drive, dual NC (onboard and add-on card) using ISO burnt on CD. The installer starts and shows "Installing Loader for appliance SF01V_SFO01" and then gives error message "ERROR : Unable to load loader". Has anyone experienced this issue and found a solution to overcome the issue ?
