Online Banking Problem after second wan connection

Hi guys,

Two days ago i've added second wan connection, it works very good with auto load balancing.

But i get error when browsing online banking. Online banking web page inform me there is an security error.

When i disable multi wan, there is no error on online banking..

Could you help me about that?

    Basically you are running into certificate errors while using the new link. You might need to setuo a rule to send the online banking stuff out the original link.

    I have the same issue, and forced the the various users to fixed wan links. I couldn't workout how to get a certificate that was trusted on both links, but this more than likely to my inexperience in this subject.

    Banking websites have secure communication and expect connection requests on an established session from a specific IP address. to address this issue

     

    You can take SSH to the XG and run the following command in Device Console,

     

    • console> set routing wan-load-balancing session-persistant connection-based ip-family all

    Hi FatihTakci,


    An alternative solution may be setting a firewall rule for banks where there is primary and backup gateway. Then calls to banks will not be a problem.
