Hi all,

I just found out that the box are unable to filter the traffic which i have denied on the box, it just happen out of sudden.

Previously it is working fine, on what i have checked the category all seems become uncategorized.

Please refer to the screenshot.

I have checked the signature update is running, hopefully some hint on this.

Is there error in /log/nSXLd.log?

Is this the same as following issue?

Hi there,

May i know how can i access to the folder /log/nSXLd.log?

It seems like doesn't available in GUI, sorry that i'm new to Sophos product.

There is a known issue with using nsxld when using parent proxies that are slow to respond. I don't know if this is what you are experiencing, but it could be.

The known issue will be fixed in MR5, currently scheduled for mid-January.

If you need a fix before then, please contact support.

You need to use CUI.
Use Admin> Console in the upper right corner, or connect using ssh.
Select option 5. Device Management then option 3. Advanced Shell.

tail /log/nSXLd.log
etc...
