Unable XG traffic view in PRTG

Hi all,

I have a problem with PRTG, I'm not view  traffic on Interface but I correctly view process, memory and other service on XG.

version of XG is: XG550 (SFOS 17.0.1 MR-1

version of PRTG is: 17.4.35.3326 x64

in attach screenshot of PRTG.

Please help me, I have I absolutely need to see the network traffic on interface
