Getting an Error Message "An application is stopping Chrome from connecting"

Hi,

That error seems to indicate an invalid certificate. Do you have web protection enabled and/or HTTPS scanning? If so, have you deployed your CA to your endpoints?

Thanks for the reply Karlos, already performed adding SSL CA Cert and got it to deploy via Active directory. 

The error message went away when I accessed the exceptions tab , removed or added a setting and then hit save. I don't know what could have caused it but it worked after accessing the exceptions tab, could have reloaded a setting that got stuck or something

The above KB worked for adding certificate to Google Chrome ,but when i go to add it on the local machine , i do not see the certificate from Sophos under the location where i had saved it

Please note this is a work laptop that im trying to add the certificate to local machine

Also please advise on how i can distribute this certificate to other mobile devices at home, eg : my mobile phone which are also connected to Ubiquiti AP which is plugged into Sophos XG

This is a home lab Sophos XG im working on

email the CAS to yourself, save them locally then install if you have admin rights to your machines.

Thanks for your reply , i emailed the file to myself and tried to add certificate via MMC with local admin right , but the certificate is not visible ( please refer to fig below )

Im not sure on how to download p12 version , what i have done at the moment is exported if from Chrome , which gave an option to export as " Cryptographic message " which is an accepted format

But now Zoom application is not getting connected

Also please advise on how i can distribute this certificate to mobile devices
