No upload/download data in Live Users page

Hi All,

We have installed STAS successfully, and can see users in Live Users.

And in Live Users page, we can't see any up/download data in this page.

But we can see the real time data transfer in Live Connections.

How to make the Live Users's Upload/Download data be seen?
