Cant get Trial license to sync with Home User License.

T3 Home Office

Home License trial is Expired

I had a trial license then created a HU license. I have both in my registered devices. The trial is expired and I can not sync the Full HU License. 

I went into my appliance and did the sync license but it keeps syncing with the expired one. How do I make the SFV4C6-HU license sync to it? All my services area expired.

    Hi,

    i Think you need to reinstall since the License is bound to the Serial Number and you cannot transfere Home Licenses.

    if You do the reinstallation you need to Activate the Firewall using the Serial Number you got in that "Home Use License Mail" From sophos.
