Firmware 17.0.2 MR-2 and Sophos XG 210

We have a Sophos XG 210, after updating Firmware to MR-2 some IPSec-Connection did not work anymore.

deleting and Re-creating of Connection did not help.

Rollback to MR-1. Everything works fine.

Did somebody knows about this Problem in Firmware MR-2?

Sophos Support has no answer for this Problem :-(

Hi,

yes, there are issues. I recommend you search the XG forums for issues similar to yours.

Hi,

I have had it the last couple of upgrades.

I didn't recreate the connection, but I did recreate the encryption policies. Worked every time.

What did you recreated exactly?

Encryption Field in IPSec Policy?

Try setting the psk again on the headquarter. That worked for me and is already reported to Sophos.

It was the IPsec policies I redid. All fine afterwards.

I did this too.

I have recreated 3 IPSec Policy.

afterwards one of 3 Connection works . anothe 2 no :-(

random principle ;-)
