Inbound Site-to-Site IPSec VPN. Remote Site can't initialize Connection

Question

I installed an XG 210 at customer site. I created the Site-to-Site VPNs and added the Firewall Rules for the Interal VPN Traffic.I can initialize the VPN connection from the XG Firewall but when I tried to initialize an connection from the remote site to the XG Firewall the request don't reach the Firewall. 
 Do I have to open IKE Port and ESP from WAN to XG Firewall?

Hi Daniel, 
 What are you using on the remote site, another XG? If the XG is the initiator & the remote site respond only, that would be why you couldn't initiate from the remote side. 
 Switch their roles (initiator/respond only) first and try again.
